We're Here to Support Your Team, so That You Can Better Serve Your Clients.

Why Choose Us

We offer hands-on training for clinicians and medical professionals who want to connect better with people from different backgrounds. Instead of the usual, one-size-fits-all approach, our training gives you practical tools to work more effectively with underserved communities. This real-world, embodied, engaging experience helps you build stronger relationships with clients, keep them coming back, and support more meaningful healing.

Why Cultural Inclusivity Matters

  • Revive to Thrive Wellness Center is dedicated to bridging cultural gaps in mental health care that impact marginalized communities. The COVID-19 pandemic worsened issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with a heartbreaking 48,183 suicides reported in 2021—affecting communities of color disproportionately.

  • Critical Need for Inclusive Care: With 75% of therapists identifying as white, many clients from diverse backgrounds experience cultural disconnects, leading to early dropouts from therapy.

  • Personal and Professional Dedication: As a Black woman who understands these challenges firsthand, my mission is to help clinicians offer more inclusive, culturally informed care for all. Cross cultural relationships are inevitable, why not be prepared for them.

Land Acknowledgement

We would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which we gather is the occupied/seized ancestral land/territory of the Jumanos, Wichita, Kiikaapoi, and Tawakoni People. We recognize that these people cared for and stewarded this land for generations prior to our arrival. And we call attention to the history of the US towards these peoples, through state-sanctioned and state-funded genocide, residential boarding schools, and laws and courts that sought to erase indigenous peoples altogether. We recognize how these systems and structures continue to impact indigenous peoples today. This history compels us to take action to interrupt the legacies of colonialism and genocide and calls us to take meaningful action to be the change we wish to see in the world.

We Specialize In:
