The Road to Reviving to Thriving Begins Here

Offering Telehealth services statewide in Texas

“Change is about interrupting the habits and patterns that no longer serve us. If you want to meaningfully alter your life, you don’t simply abandon a dysfunctional habit or belief; you replace it with a healthy one. You choose what you are moving toward. You find an arrow and follow it. As you begin your journey, it’s important to reflect not only on what you’d like to be free from, but on what you want to be free to do or become.” – Dr. Edith Eger

Are you stressed out and anxious?

Land Acknowledgement

We would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which we gather is the occupied/seized ancestral land/territory of the Jumanos, Wichita, Kiikaapoi, and Tawakoni People. We recognize that these people cared for and stewarded this land for generations prior to our arrival. And we call attention to the history of the US towards these peoples, through state-sanctioned and state-funded genocide, residential boarding schools, and laws and courts that sought to erase indigenous peoples altogether. We recognize how these systems and structures continue to impact indigenous peoples today. This history compels us to take action to interrupt the legacies of colonialism and genocide and calls us to take meaningful action to be the change we wish to see in the world.
